BIOS members should direct any queries direct to the authors of articles, using the BIOS Membership List for forwarding details. If this fails, I will try to direct your queries to the correct source; however, the Data Protection Act may prevent the BIOS Membership List from being used for this purpose. My e-mail contact address has been withdrawn from this site, following the abuse of this information, and the receipt of vast amounts of unwanted e-mail. I can be contacted by ordinary mail at Glandy, Dinas Cross, Newport, Pembrokeshire, UK, SA42 0XP
Work on this is proceeding; the acquisition of some sophisticated OCR software has now made archiving early editions of the Reporter possible.

This simple approach has been adopted to ensure the widest possible availability on the various platforms and browsers. If difficulty is experienced, please contact me.
Please note that the implementation of HTML 3.2 is not followed exactly on other operating systems, for reasons best known to them. Accordingly, certain characters found in Welsh, French and German may not always be rendered correctly, although the correct codes are used in the HTML document. In particular, information including figures and top-bit set characters frequently comes to grief via e-mail and other systems where the implementation of Ascii is curious, to say the least.
The text has been prepared in RISC OS Trinity 12pt (= Times Roman 12pt), and should be viewed preferably in that font. Heading sizes are 24pt, 18pt, 16pt (h1, h2, h3,).
